The straits times (Malaysia/Singapore) can be searched here. You can see only the first two lines of each article, but sometimes that is enough to get the scores.

In 1970, you have both Indonesia and "Indo" listed as participants.

I found in the NY Times that the 1970 Final was Burma 3-0 Indonesia (on RSSSF it says Burma 3-0 India)
