East-Germany played some matches before they started to play full A internationals on 21-09-1952. The first four matches they played as German Eastzone as former DDR pronounced its independence on 07-10-1949.

00-08-1949 Hungary B 3-2 German Eastzone Arrow Budapest
00-08-1949 Hungarian regional XI 3-4 German Eastzone Arrow Debrecen
00-08-1949 North-East Hungary XI 3-3 German Eastzone
31-12-1949 SG Friedrichstadt Dresden 2-0 DDR
26-02-1950 Mecklenburg 1-4 DDR Arrow Rostock
25-03-1950 Sachsen-Anhalt 1-5 DDR Arrow Magdeburg
23-04-1950 Sachsen 1-3 DDR Arrow Zwickau
14-05-1950 DDR A 1-7 DDR B Arrow Bad Elster?
28-05-1950 Prague XI 1-0 DDR Arrow Prague
18-05-1952 Hungary 5-0 DDR Arrow Budapest (Hungarian FA regard this match as full A international)

33. Herz 0-1, 44. Franke 0-2, 49. Franke 0-3, 64. Alpert 0-4, 72. Alpert 0-5, 76. Herz 0-6, 76. Kandziora 0-7, 83. Wozniakowski 1-7.
DDR A: Birkner; Gödicke, Staube; Kreische, Nordhaus, Knefler; Wohlfahrt, Schöne, Wozniakowski, Kollenda, Drognitz.
DDR B: Hindenberg; Höhne, Laband; Kandziora, Oehler, Müller; Rappsilber, Holze, Franke, Herz, Alpert.

DDR B fielded Fritz Laband who became member of the 1954 German team that won the World Cup.

According to following website 28-05-1950 East-Germany played an unofficial match against Czechoslovakia (0-1) in Berlin.http://www.dfb.de/index.php?id=504404

According to following site http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lista_nieoficjalnych_mecz%C3%B3w_reprezentacji_Polski_A_i_B_w_pi%C5%82ce_no%C5%BCnej two international matches played by East-Germany: 21-04-1951 East-Germany 0-3 Poland in Berlin
25-04-1951 East-Germany 1-4 Poland in Leipzig
If Poland really played these matches with its full national team, actually East-Germany played its first full international on 21-04-1951.

So East-German matches before they started to play full A internationals on 21-09-1952 are (the first four matches they played as German Eastzone as former DDR pronounced its independence on 07-10-1949).
